Hotel Quartier, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We had a lovely excellent stay at this hotel. Coming from British Columbia & Ontario, the front desk was straightforward, the place was cozy & quiet, breakfast was excellent, we tried the pool, the gym was cozy & everything that this hotel had to offer was perfect. Thank you for a memorable stay. Would totally recommend and come back again!

We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday-Monday). We checked in late but notified them ahead of time. Despite the late arrival, we were still welcomed with a friendly happy attitude by the front concierge staff. We were very well informed about the hotel, the restaurant & fast food near the area, so the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. All staff can speak and understands English very well. Superb on cleanliness, especially the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, spacious room, standup shower-superb, gym is clean and has no bad odour smell. Pool is warm and cozy, very clean. Hotel was a fair price considering we stayed on the weekend. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the hotel and Quebec city. Housekeeping staff are doing an amazing job, place is very well kept, very very clean and smells good. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to all the ammenities/tourist area. The city and dock is just about 18 min drive. The most important thing for us, besides the cleanliness and comfortness, is the Safety. We felt safe around the area, the only downside is the road construction. It's almost on all streets. Amazing, amazing!!! We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Quebec City again. Our itinerary during our stay includes: Canyon Sainte-Anne, Montmorency Falls, the long bridge to the other side of the city. Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac and the Rue Petit-Champlain. These places are so on point. Don't forget to visit Cochon Dingue and La Grange Brasserie- best Italian food I've ever had. It was a short visit but we made our stay worthwhile. Merci QC

The rooms are very well renovated. There are some issues in some rooms like noisy fridges etc but nothing outside the ordinary Really solid gym OK pool Great staff Great for business and some nightlife nearby

Our experience was incredible. The hotel location is 20 min from downtown by car. The breakfast was wonderful. It provided variety options to choose from the buffet and the staff is super nice and kind. I want to give a big shout out to Lindsey (reception) and the girl from (buffet). You girls provided an exceptional customer services. Thank you. I will definitely go back.

Very good experience. The room and bathroom were very clean (#356). Plugs in the back for electric vehicles...a good sized swimming pool and a big lobby with a lot of chairs and tables.

Lovely hotel, very clean and the room was really spacious and a nice view of the bridge. The breakfast was decent as well. Had a pleasant experience staying here, but the next time would book something closer to old quebec since the traffic and parking in that area were a hassle.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my Christmas trip to Quebec. I stayed for two days, and even though it was a very busy time, everything was well managed and enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight for me — there was a great variety of options, which I really appreciated since I’m quite choosy when it comes to food. The location is also excellent, very close to downtown Quebec, making it easy to explore the city. The only small inconvenience was that there is no microwave in the rooms, and you have to go down to the reception area to warm food. Other than that, my experience was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Quebec.

I stay here for 2 days and come to Quebec for first time. Receptionists at front desk was so helpful and kind. She guided us for places to visit near by and best restaurants to eat local food. Room service is so good and room has all amenities that we need. Breakfast was included and was not that bad just we were looking some fresh fruit in menu. Everything is close to hotel and old Quebec is very close. Overall our stay was more wonderful than what we expected. So happy with our stay.
